Overview:

ITRADE STEM is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Specialty Graphics Project Manager for an apprenticeship program in Pompano Beach, FL. If you have a passion for project management, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

As a Graphics Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion. You will act as the liaison between the company's customers, sales representatives, graphic designers, and production floor, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of graphic projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations, and promptly addressing any concerns.
• Quoting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate quotes for projects and manage budgets to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, graphic designers, and production staff to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least three years of project management experience preferred; however, candidates with less experience may be considered for apprentice-type assistant roles.
• Specialty Graphics Knowledge: While experience in specialty graphics is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Independent Worker: Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attitude: A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
