Job Description
HB Franchises is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to create Advertisements, Manage Social Media Postings, & assists sales teams with additional support. This position could be offered as a full-time position with the right candidate.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of PC, Adobe Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Knowledge of Word and Excel is also necessary. Experience with Mail Chimp, Woocommmerce & Salesforce would be a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree or in progress; major or significant coursework in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related disciplines
● Experience designing within WordPress platform and content management systems is a plus
● Knowledge of social media usage
● Must possess strong attention to detail.
● Video editing
● A portfolio that supports your skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
● Organized with attention to detail
● Ability to work independently on an assignment
● Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
● Strong communicative skills
Responsibilities and Duties
● Creates brochures, business cards, etc, newspaper, magazine ads for franchisees
● Assist new franchisees with “grand opening announcements”
● Run reports through woocommerce
● Postings on social media outlets: Facebook, Pinterest, Indeed, (weekly) ● Corp. posts on Facebook owner’s group (weekly)
● Blog posts on corporate site
● Provide Sales Support
● Assist with a monthly newsletter.
● Assist Sales with updating excel sheets
● Mailchimp communications
● Communicate with Franchisees monthly ● Works with the sales team to update Marketing Manual (annually, or as needed.)
● Upload Salesforce templates for future leads
● Upload contracts on dropbox
