With our growing customer base, we are looking for a Senior Technical Illustrator with a strong illustration background to support a diverse set of client needs!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a variety of graphic types to support operation, maintenance, repair, and user/installation manuals for a wide variety of industrial and consumer products.
  • Create product illustrations, work with mechanical/engineering drawings, and modify existing graphics.
  • Develop animations and short videos for eLearning and technical documentation.


  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
  • Experience developing a variety of illustrations for different types of documentation.
  • 10+ years' experience in technical illustration.
  • 2+ years experience using the following applications:
    • SolidWorks Composer or Creo Illustrate.
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Acrobat Professional
    • MS Word
  • Previous experience working with layout and graphic design.
  • Animation experience.
  • Ability to interpret product information and convey it within an illustration to provide clear, concise instruction for the end user.
  • Excellent interpersonal and general business communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Proven success working and prioritizing in an environment that is driven by budget, scope and deadlines across multiple clients/projects.
  • Proven success interacting with multiple clients, subject matter experts and project managers.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing and Adobe Premiere.
  • Working knowledge of the following software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, ISO Draw, or CAD.
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity.

Work Hours & Location:

Full-time and exempt position with standard hours of operation from Monday to Friday.
