Influencer & Affiliate Partner Manager Job at Robert Half in Beverly Hills

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Influencer and Affiliate Partner Manager with a minimum of 5 years in sourcing influencers. In this role, you'll specialize in sourcing and recruiting content creators like YouTubers, podcasters, and bloggers and affiliate partners specializing in professional services like finance.

Primary Duties:

• Sourcing Influencers & Affiliates: Pinpoint, reach out, and secure content developers and affiliate associates with expertise in retirement, finance and investment domains.
• Engage & Connect: Build meaningful connections with potential influencers and affiliates to encourage their participation in our affiliate program and raise awareness about our brand.
• Research & Canvass: Implement bespoke market research strategies to identify prospective partners.
• Assess & Authenticate: Screen and choose content creators whose target audience and brand values mirror ours.
• Transition of Relations: Hand over the newly onboarded partners to our marketing crew for further onboarding steps and ongoing relationship management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer management

• Proven track record in Influencer and Affiliate marketing

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions

• Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates

• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing software and tools

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
