POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for (but not limited to) supporting our influencer activations, spearheading gifting efforts and analyzing performance data. The ideal candidate is eager to dive into the influencer marketing space and has a passion for the beauty industry. We are looking for a proactive problem solver, someone with a knack for organization and a can-do attitude. This is a hybrid role based in Mill Valley, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Influencer Activations:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, and campaign management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and materials for influencer partnerships.

Influencer Community Management:

  • Help foster relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring they are engaged and supported.
  • Monitor influencer content and feedback, providing insights to the marketing team for future collaborations.

Inventory Management & Product Shipment:

  • Track inventory levels and assist in replenishment orders to ensure product availability for campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage product shipment logistics to ensure timely delivery to influencers and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels.

Campaign Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns, providing reports on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Use insights to inform future marketing strategies and improve overall effectiveness.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for skincare and beauty.
