They are seeking a Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to join their team to design, lead, execute and optimize their social media and influencer programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine marketing strategies that foster growth through affiliate partnerships and engagement initiatives. Identify new partnership opportunities to broaden the affiliate network and enhance brand presence. Create partnership briefs to ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences. Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners, providing ongoing assistance to drive collaboration. Track campaign outcomes and evaluate results, generating reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement. Partner with internal teams to ensure all promotional efforts align with marketing goals and deliver strong brand messaging. Manage financial resources, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures, to optimize campaign impact. Oversee compliance with organizational policies and industry guidelines across all affiliate activities. Requirements: 10 years of experience managing affiliate or partnership programs, ideally within consumer-focused industries. Demonstrated success in executing programs that contribute to growth and build long-term brand loyalty. Leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing effective, results-driven teams. Strong knowledge of marketing tools and evolving trends, with a focus on data-informed decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams and global partnerships. Ability to assess performance data and provide recommendations to fine-tune program strategies.
