Frontline Marketing Specialist Job at Zillow in Remote

Zillow, Remote, OR, United States

About the team

Zillow is on a mission to empower customers and partners to navigate the real estate landscape with confidence and ease. Through innovation and collaboration, we redefine the home transaction experience, helping buyers, sellers, and partners succeed.

Our Frontline and Account-Based Marketing team supports sales, frontline teams, and Premier Agent partners by delivering impactful marketing initiatives and sales enablement strategies. This role focuses on supporting Flex and Enhanced Marketing initiatives, helping shape the tools, resources, and experiences that drive results in the B2B space. You’ll join a team of passionate marketers dedicated to creating exceptional content and communications that empower our facilitators and trainers to deliver impactful programs to the end user.

About the role

The Frontline Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in developing and maintaining the tools and resources that enable our sales operators, facilitators, and Premier Agent partners to deliver exceptional outcomes. This position will focus on sales enablement — creating and optimizing dynamic content, communications, and training materials, ensuring they are effective and easy to implement by trainers and facilitators.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Enablement Sr. Manager, Training and Facilitation teams, and other cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that align with business priorities and improve outcomes. While the team does not directly deliver training to end users, you’ll play a critical role in empowering trainers and facilitators with the resources and content they need for success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create: Lead the development and execution of high-quality enablement content, collateral, and resources tailored to support sales teams and partners. Collaborate with the Sr. Manager to deliver “right message, right time” materials.

  • Support Training: Partner with facilitators and training teams to ensure all training materials are well-designed, accurate, and actionable. Enable trainers through comprehensive “train the trainer” resources and support.

  • Maintain: Oversee the enablement hub to ensure all materials are current, aligned with marketing frameworks, and optimized for use by facilitators and sales teams. Manage promotional timelines, updates, and optimizations to ensure we are delivering the best content to our operators.

  • Engage: Conduct empathy exercises, such as ride-alongs or shadowing, to gather insights from end users and trainers. Use feedback to refine and improve enablement content.

  • Analyze: Measure the usage, adoption, and impact of tools and resources. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content for better outcomes.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $74,700.00 - $119,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Digital Tool Guru: Previous experience in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), Outlook, Slack, Zoom, AI/Chat GPT
