Marketing Manager (BCBA), Blue Balloon ABA

Role Description

We are looking for an HCP Marketing Manager to educate clinical stakeholders on the benefits of ABA as well as the differentiation of the Blue Balloon program. Key responsibilities include shaping and communicating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and therapists, as well as maintaining relationships to support referral pathways to Blue Balloon for ABA, Psychology, and other services. This role requires strategic thinking and ABA knowledge. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders is key.

Community Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:  

  • Shape and refine messaging and materials to communicate accurate and appropriate clinical messages in New Jersey.
  • Educate referral partners and healthcare professionals from a variety of specialties on the company's mission and service offerings, including benefits of ABA and differentiation of Blue Balloon’s program.
  • Develop and build relationships with referral sources to foster successful partnerships that will generate qualified referrals to build and strengthen the Blue Balloon clinical program.
  • Build and execute a marketing plan for your territory which includes but is not limited to targeting accounts, planning community outreach events, and completing on the ground connections.
  • Grow and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified referrals for Blue Balloon services, utilizing CRM and track progress of pipeline and provide a weekly report on progress.

 

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Community outreach or marketing experience
  • 1+ years’ experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Detail orientation, strong organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultivating a neurodiversity-affirming culture.
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
