As a Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing marketing initiatives in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of marketing functions.
• Evaluating and managing marketing campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and deliver results.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and recognition.
• Identifying opportunities for creating awareness, building credibility, and generating leads with experience in the relevant field.
• Executing and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive growth and engagement.
• Coordinating with marketing and advertising agencies for successful campaign launches.
• Leading market research efforts focused on the US market to provide essential data, analytics, and insights for strategic decision making.
• Overseeing social media content, communication plans, and public relations initiatives to foster community engagement.
• Identifying and cultivating strategic marketing and communication partnerships.• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of detail-oriented experience in a marketing role
• Proven track record in CRM Marketing, with the ability to develop and execute successful campaigns
• Proficiency in on-site SEO, with the ability to optimize content for search engines
• Experience in Email Marketing, including the creation and distribution of newsletters and promotional emails
• Solid background in Digital Marketing, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising
• Experience in Event Promotion, with the ability to generate buzz and attract attendees to events
• Strong Public Relations skills, with experience managing media relationships and crafting press releases
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in the use of marketing software and tools
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
