|Looking for those who can work on W2| Job details are Shared below: Job Title: Marketing Analyst (Commercial Licensing) Location: El Segundo, CA 90245 (hybrid – 3-4 days per week onsite) Job Duration: 12m Contract with potential for conversion Primary Skills: Ability to effectively communicate across stakeholders: experience setting agendas, leading meetings, and driving teams to clear action items Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with Tableau familiarity Strong analytical background with ability to present strategic roadmaps concisely Nice to have: Experience working with Entertainment Licensing Responsibilities: The Analyst will be a member of a dynamic team focused on collaborating with our partners to maximize their licensed brands/properties. This role will be a strategic partner to many internal & external teams. The ability to understand the big picture, while getting her/his fingers dirty in the needs of the joint business, will serve the team well. This position reports directly into the Director of the Disney Portfolio Job Summary: Entertainment Partnerships & Business Management The Entertainment Partnerships & Business Management team is responsible for managing relationships with partners (studios/licensors) and for maximizing our joint-licensed businesses around the world. Our team manages relationships at the regional level, across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, serving as the portfolio manager on behalf of both Mattel and the partner. For newly available IP/properties, our team also manages commercial pitches and deal negotiations with regional external partners. We focus on commercial execution by primarily working with our commercial teams across the globe, as well as our product & marketing teams, to ensure we jointly bring our best plans to retailers and consumers and ultimately drive the business. This often involves cross-Mattel collaboration with many teams such as sales, finance, etc. Our partners include Disney, Universal, WB, Microsoft, and other notable licensors of IP. Our/their portfolios at Mattel include brands such as: Disney Princess, Cars, Toy Story, Jurassic, DC, Minecraft, and other top tier properties Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, or a relevant experience.
