Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and creative support to the marketing team. This role will involve assisting in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and helping maintain the brand's presence across various digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, and a passion for creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, emails).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance (SEO, email campaigns, social media).
  • Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing ideas.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing campaign performance and analytics.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing department operations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
