Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer insights, and innovative marketing tactics. You will collaborate with various departments to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development:

    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry changes to identify growth opportunities.
    • Define clear, measurable marketing objectives and KPIs.
  2. Campaign Planning & Execution:

    • Create integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, content marketing, email marketing, events).
    • Collaborate with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
    • Develop a calendar of marketing activities and oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and resources.
  3. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM) to inform strategy and decision-making.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Liaise with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Present marketing plans and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, marketing automation tools).
