We are a direct marketing and sales firm committed to delivering exceptional products/services to our client's potential customers. We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Associate to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the Southern California area. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships. 
 

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and strategies.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our local customers.
• Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and business development teams.
• To remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions, continuously learn about marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and product enhancements.
• Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience

Qualifications of the Marketing Associate Position:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
• Comfortable using a computer or Ipad
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
