Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with day-to-day activities and various marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in executing digital marketing, content creation, market research, social media, and event management to help drive brand growth and business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, print, and digital).
  • Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and industry best practices to help guide marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, webinars, or trade shows, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Admin & Reporting: Help track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and assist in reporting on results. Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, creative team, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
