Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position will support the marketing department in executing a variety of tasks, including market research, content creation, social media management, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for marketing and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Assist in researching market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, conferences, or product launches.
• Data Analysis: Track the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and assist in reporting on key metrics.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, design, product) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
• Brand Consistency: Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
