The Marketing Coordinator will work out of the Lubbock office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing campaigns related to Stellar’s multifamily portfolio, construction business, investor relations and employee recruiting. This position will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends in marketing and implementing industry best practices in the company’s marketing and public relations activities.
The Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally with other departments.
The Market Coordinator should have an understanding of the various marketing strategies and techniques and be able to put plans together and coordinate their implementation through third party vendors. A solid, in-depth understanding of social media and the ability to use that knowledge to advance several initiatives forward at the same time is crucial.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Relationships:
- Able to interact professionally and respectfully with owners, corporate staff, vendors, potential customers, subcontractors, investors, and onsite staff.
- Internal Interfaces – Development, Construction, Management and Human Resources
- External Interfaces – Design and Marketing Professionals, Subcontractors, Vendors and Potential Construction Clients
Communities:
- Work with property management personnel to develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy on new construction lease-ups as well as stabilized multifamily properties.
- Monitor market activities and performance results to adjust activities as needed.
Construction:
- Collaborate with the construction team to develop marketing strategies that drive sales for third party construction projects.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to attract customers for third party projects.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and sale presentations.
Investor Relations:
- Create marketing materials and communication strategies to update investors on project progress and property performance.
- Plan and organize investor events, presentations, and meetings to foster engagement and trust.
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies.
- Create engaging job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Must be located in Lubbock, Texas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field.
- Proven experience in marketing through various channels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
