State Farm Agency, located in Houston, TX (77065 - Cypress area), has an immediate opening for a Marketing - State Farm Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.


Common job duties of a marketing representative include but not limited to:

  • Market research: Conducting market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Product promotion: Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services to the target audience.
  • Lead generation: Generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking.
  • Sales support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide marketing materials, presentations, and support to help close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Marketing campaigns: Planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, events, and sponsorships.
  • Content creation: Developing compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, such as website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Relationship building: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
  • Data analysis: Analyzing marketing data, metrics, and campaign results to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand management: Ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all marketing materials and channels, and representing the company's brand values and image.
  • Reporting and communication: Providing regular reports and updates on marketing activities, results, and budget utilization to the marketing manager or relevant stakeholders.
