We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will take a hands-on role in coordinating events, executing marketing campaigns, and driving brand awareness through various initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a collaborative team spirit, and the ability to represent the company at events and in-person meetings.

As a Marketing Representative, you'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to execute high-impact marketing strategies, while also leading and motivating a team of event staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, client events, and product launches, from conception to completion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of event staff, ensuring efficient execution of marketing activities and smooth on-site operations.
  • Client and Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners, acting as a point of contact for event logistics and marketing initiatives.
  • In-Person Meetings: Meet with clients, partners, and internal teams to discuss campaign goals, event details, and marketing strategies.
  • Travel: Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, and conferences nationwide, requiring periodic travel.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive brand visibility, generate leads, and build relationships with key audiences.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company at events, embodying the brand values and delivering a consistent message to clients and event attendees.
  • Marketing Strategy: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, promotions, and direct engagement tactics.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track the success of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing, event coordination, or related field.
  • Leadership: Experience managing or leading a team, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel, work weekends, and handle a flexible schedule depending on event needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during events or marketing campaigns.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in social media, CRM tools, and event management platforms a plus.
