Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to increase the company’s market share and revenue. The Marketing Manager will assist oversee our United States marketing team on digital marketing as well as field marketing.
Essential Functions

- Oversee the marketing strategies and promotions as well as US marketing team’s daily responsibilities.
- Develop and implement marketing and product plans based on strategic objectives.
- Lead all marketing efforts on the product/service promotions including but not limited to manage and execute online marketing promotions, and offline events such as conferences and trade shows to generate sales leads and opportunities.
- Work effectively with the sales team and other internal teams on lead harvesting and nurturing strategies.
- Oversee and work with marketing partners and vendors to achieve promotional goals.
- Generate weekly/bi-weekly reports on marketing promotions and analyze key marketing metrics.
- Manage marketing team members and ensure the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention, development, and high performance.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Master’s or higher degree in biological, biomedical sciences, or related discipline required.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- 3+ years of experience leveraging data analysis to measure performance and evolve marketing tactics.
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Knowledge, skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in marketing solutions and applications such as Salesforce and Constant Contact or other email campaign tools; as well as Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude to go above and beyond.
- Ability to develop strategic vision and execute resulting plans.
- Must be willing to travel to marketing events and activities.
Salary Range
- $90k to $110k plus bonus
