Mosaic Technologies is searching for a Marketing Specialist to fuel our next stage of growth. This role is based out of our main office in Cameron, WI. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies, supporting advertising campaigns, and driving engagement with customers to support Mosaic's growth. This position plays a critical role in strengthening our brand, increasing visibility and communicating our value proposition to a wide audience. Essential Functions (including but not limited to) Assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of advertising campaigns and marketing materials across digital, print, and social media platforms Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials Design a variety of marketing materials and support social media efforts through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Provide recommendations based on research findings Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, managing logistics, vendor relations, promotional materials, and tracking performance to gather feedback for continuous improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing for both consumer and business advertising Experience with various marketing applications and content management systems Why Mosaic?
