Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager at South West Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric will play a pivotal role in monitoring digital performance and ensuring marketing initiatives drive measurable results. This position is focused on tracking, analyzing, and improving the performance of digital campaigns and lead sources, ensuring alignment with the company's ambitious growth goals. As part of this role, you will collaborate with the Inside Sales & Membership team, Marketing Coordinator, and external vendors to ensure efficient execution and maximum ROI. This in-office position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of all digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media, ensuring campaigns achieve optimal results. Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing initiatives, including the creation of automated drip campaigns and one-time email sends to engage customers and drive conversions. Organic Social Media Marketing: Oversee organic social media efforts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter (X), maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence. Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely execution, adherence to budgets, and effective outcomes of marketing campaigns. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key performance metrics, including leads, ROI by lead source, response times, and online reputation scores. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, Inside Sales & Membership teams, and Marketing Coordinator to align marketing activities with broader business objectives. Reputation Management: Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback, ensuring a positive and professional brand presence. PE Firm Alignment: Provide regular updates to the VP of Marketing (ownership group) on campaign performance and other key metrics. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead Volume and Conversion Rates Marketing Spend vs. ROI by Lead Source Online Reputation Scores (e.g., Google Reviews) Response Times to Leads and Inquiries Requirements
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing performance monitoring. Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and online analytics platforms. Experience working with marketing vendors and managing budgets effectively. High attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Analytical skills to interpret data and recommend actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the home services industry or a related field. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Benefits:
Competitive compensation package: On target total earning of $111,600 annually: Yearly base salary: $93,000 + Monthly bonus: $1,550 (earned monthly and paid out quarterly).
