What will you be doing

You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to create and deliver marketing campaigns and activities and assist in developing Avantis’ integrated marketing plan, all in line with the Company’s global strategy.


You will be a motivated and confident marketing professional and be able to actively contribute to the company’s marketing activities and take responsibility for day-to-day operations. As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales teams and our channel partners to drive marketing campaigns, build brand awareness and support lead generation to deliver on the Company’s aggressive growth plans.


Key responsibilities will include

  • Develop strategies and tactics to generate brand awareness and drive demand for Avantis’ suite of ed tech solutions.
  • Plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns that cover various channels including digital, events, email, content, partnerships & more that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and create blogs that attracts and converts our target audience.
  • Measure and analysis marketing performance, using data to inform decision making and refine strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with local PR agency to create thought leadership.
  • Work closely with channel partners to develop joint marketing campaigns
  • Own all aspects of exhibition and event management.
  • Support internal communications strategy
  • Assist with advocacy and affiliate marketing programs


Ideally you will have

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn how the Company operates.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading cross channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data driven decisions
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field


Ideally you will be

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement and the ability to keep this knowledge up-to-date.
