Committed to social responsibility, the shop produces high-quality merchandise while minimizing its environmental impact.  Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and self-motivated person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a talented storyteller with strong writing skills and hands-on experience in social media content creation, including videography and photography. This role requires someone who can independently develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage email marketing campaigns, and stay ahead of emerging trends. Responsibilities:  Social Media Management:  Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos  Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Content Creation:  Write compelling blog posts, articles, and other content for the company website and other digital channels Create high-quality videos and photos for social media and other marketing materials  Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results Marketing Calendar:  Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all marketing activities Brand Awareness: Identify and leverage opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies Collaborations:   Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts  Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field  Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)  Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact)  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously  A strong eye for detail and a passion for creative problem-solving  Compensation and Benefits:   Salary: $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience and qualifications Hybrid work model: A mix of in-person and remote work.
