JRP-Atlanta LLC is hiring: Marketing Assistant in Atlanta

Leading commercial real estate company located in Buckhead and specializing in industrial projects seeks to hire a Marketing Assistant. Company takes pride in their innovative approach and commitment to excellence in the real estate market. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join this dynamic team.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Office and Marketing Manager with various marketing initiatives and website management tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who may be new to the industry but is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.  In-office role Mon-Thurs and 1/2 day on Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support - Assist in the creation of marketing materials including flyers, signage, and digital content.
• Website Management - Help with basic website updates and maintenance to ensure content is current and engaging.
• Office Management - Provide general office support, including organizing files, managing supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Design Creation - Utilize Adobe Pro and Canva to design visually appealing marketing collateral.
• Collaboration - Work closely with the Office and Marketing Manager on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Pro and Canva.
• Basic website management experience (HTML knowledge is a plus but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
