Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support a variety of marketing functions, including communications, event coordination, digital marketing efforts, promotional activities, and public relations. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project teams, business leaders, engineers, and business development staff to support marketing initiatives.
• Plan and manage both digital and physical events, ensuring successful execution.
• Lead marketing campaigns, including content creation for social media, email, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee public relations activities, including media relations and press material development.
• Create and manage promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding.
• Serve as the main marketing contact for specific projects, managing timelines and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• AEC Experience
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Express, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
