Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager

Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Integrated Marketing Manager
to lead integrated marketing programs across our Chief Marketing Office (CMO) and Telecommunication Business Unit. This role is pivotal in driving marketing strategies, executing impactful brand campaigns, and fostering internal and external brand elevation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Design marketing strategies, process plans, and channel activations for brand campaigns, promotions, and products. Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance the Telecommunication brand externally through awards, sponsorships, activations, and campaigns. Elevate internal brand visibility through employee communications, in-office signage, and branded merchandise.
Collaboration & Communication : Partner with segment marketing leads to integrate brand strategies into broader marketing roadmaps. Act as the brand strategy lead, collaborating with creative, media, research, PR, CSR, and other internal teams. Serve as a single point of contact (POC) for business unit and CMO partners.
Project Management : Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are tracked and met. Lead brand brief creation, kickoff meetings, and regular status updates. Organize internal showcases for campaigns, celebrating successes with employees.
Qualifications:
Required : Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 4+ years of related work experience. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Experience translating market insights into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Preferred : Agency or consultancy experience. Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). B2B marketing expertise and knowledge of digital and lead generation trends. Familiarity with Workfront Project Management System.
