As a rapidly expanding organization, we’re looking for a strategic, passionate, and collaborative Marketing Manager to help us scale our marketing initiatives. This role will not only be integral in developing, executing, and managing key marketing campaigns but will also play a role in building and onboarding a high-performance team over time.


This position requires an ambitious, detail-oriented leader with experience across digital, content, and event marketing. You will work closely with the Head of Brand Development to expand Commend’s reach across North America and South America. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing, digital marketing, and strategic content creation, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects from conception to completion. This role will be responsible for managing several projects including web marketing research, blogs, video, animation, digital, social media, marketing, podcast, print, website management and development.



Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee strategic marketing initiatives for Commend Americas, from concept through execution, focusing on expanding brand presence across diverse digital channels and events.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage targeted campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event marketing to drive user engagement and expand Commend’s User Journey. Produce visual assets, including video content, display ads, and email campaigns, for increased awareness and conversion.
  • Content Development: Oversee content creation, including writing and editing, for blogs, website, social media, podcasts, email campaigns, and event materials. Manage the development of clear, targeted messaging and branded materials that drive lead generation and support sales efforts.
  • Event Coordination: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows and webinars. Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery, including booth design, lead capture, and promotional activities.
  • Video Editing and Multimedia: Lead the creation of engaging video content and oversee editing for digital campaigns, events, and social media. Produce compelling multimedia assets that align with Commend’s brand and objectives.
  • Project Management: Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality output. Establish and maintain a content calendar to track and optimize ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns and initiatives. Develop actionable insights based on data and pivot strategies to optimize future campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal subject-matter experts to develop thought leadership content, and collaborate with the Sales team to produce impactful sales enablement assets, such as case studies, solution sheets, and brochures.
  • Technical Tools & CRM: Use tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Typo3, Confluence, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software to support content and campaign execution.



Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with a focus on content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and team leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and video editing skills, with a creative approach to crafting effective marketing content.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or Premiere Rush.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Salary based on experience, ranging from $75,000 to $85,000.



Role Structure

This position combines remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration to drive impactful marketing strategies and team synergy. While Commend Americas is based in New Jersey, we are developing a Marketing Hub in Central Florida.

  • Must be able to travel to the Tampa, Florida area for in-person meetings twice a month.
  • Approximately 10% travel for company events.
