Job Summary:
The Cirrus Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join as a key member of the Marketing Communications team, responsible for administering Cirrus Aircraft's email marketing and marketing automation properties, as well as a wide range of promotional programs, budgets, fulfillment operations and more. The person in this role will collaborate with multiple internal teams to coordinate exceptional programs and facilitate industry-leading communications on our digital channels. Exceptional attention to detail, an appetite to learn and a solution-focused attitude are a must.

The Cirrus Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join as a key member of the Marketing Communications team, responsible for administering Cirrus Aircraft's email marketing and marketing automation properties, as well as a wide range of promotional programs, budgets, fulfillment operations and more. The person in this role will collaborate with multiple internal teams to coordinate exceptional programs and facilitate industry-leading communications on our digital channels. Essential Duties:
- Develop and oversee email marketing programs and content, including defining brand standards and email templates for company-wide communications.
- Maintain a growing knowledge of email marketing best practices, including research on competitors and trends that can be delivered in a concise report to management and executive team
- Develop processes and protocols to enhance internal efficiency and audience engagement, including the planning for proactive A/B testing for key programs and communications
- Develop strategy and execution for drip campaign and marketing automation programs to drive ROI and lead generation
- Maintain and administer fulfillment programs, platforms and relationships, including the Cirrus Aircraft Partner Portal.
- Receive, process and track all marketing department invoices and payments.
- Provide support, as needed, for overall marketing budget tracking and/or maintenance.
- Monitor and administer general company inquiries, including responding to and/or forwarding to the correct internal Cirrus Aircraft contact.
- Provide administrative and/or support functions for leadership, including monthly expenditure processing.
- Write articles and create content for use on Cirrus Aircraft's digital properties, including the website and email marketing communications.
- Coordinate with contractors and/or agencies that support Cirrus Aircraft's digital properties.
- Assist the Director of Events with event planning and execution.
- Attend and provide support at Cirrus Aircraft events, as needed.
- Other team support duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field required.
- 1-2 years of marketing-related experience required.
- 1+ years of experience using Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- 1+ years of experience creating, curating and publishing corporate emails through automation software (i.e. Marketing Cloud, Marketo, MailChimp,etc.) required.
- Interest and/or experience in aviation is a plus.
- Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to deadlines and detail
- Exceptional collaborator and self-directed finisher, with persistence to track down assets and produce a finished product on time.
- Organized yet flexible, with an eye for spontaneous opportunities.
- Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent writing skills
