Salary: $26.00 - $30.00/hour

The position of Marketing Coordinator will lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for Visions Treatment Centers and The Arrow House facilities. They will be responsible for business development and creating innovative and strategic marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and engage with the target audience. This position requires a creative and driven individual with a strong background in marketing, as well as a passion for making a meaningful, positive impact in the field of mental health and addiction recovery.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the facility’s services.
  • Attend Staff Meetings for Residential and IOP to maintain familiarity with cases for additional service recognition (such as coordinating parent coaches, drug testing, sober companions).
  • Continuous evaluation and enhancements to programming in coordination with Program Directors.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with Clinicians on specialty services for clients as needed.
  • Establish Marketing strategy and initiatives alongside senior leadership.
  • Facility tours.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, webinars, and outreach initiatives to promote the facility’s services and build relationships with potential clients, families, healthcare providers, and local organizations.
  • External Conference organization and oversight.
  • Manage Sachs relationship and oversight.
  • Attending and networking at outside marketing events.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Lead campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media (including social media, content marketing, public relations).
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s relationship with the community, including involvement in events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain understanding of the mental health and substance field.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth within the mental health field.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a marketing related role. Experience in the healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction recovery industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-started mentality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to other office locations, facilities, or events will be required.
