Marketing Coordinator

A company in Columbia, MD is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This position will be in office 5 days a week and the salary ranges from $60-70k, commensurate with experience. Fantastic benefits + bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of marketing programs developed by the team
• Coordinate project management for programs/projects
• Spearhead participation in tradeshows and sponsorships
• Website updates
• Manage databases
• Provide additional administrative support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
• 1.5 – 3 years of relevant marketing experience required
• Marketing experience in commercial real estate is a plus
• Database/CMS/CRM experience is a plus
