Are you a self-motivated, skilled communicator in the Construction or Real Estate field, with a passion for marketing?
Southwest Homes is seeking a talented, driven and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role you must be comfortable with multi-tasking, managing all marketing areas for the company, directing contractors and managing campaigns that speak to our audience. You’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, be involved in engaging marketing events and collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure that promotions and campaigns are being highlighted.
The marketing manager will support the daily administrative tasks, lead marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms and analyzing marketing data. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for creativity, organization and learning new skills.
Duties include but not limited to:
Knowledge in the Home Construction or Real Estate field and how to target those clients
Ability to work on your own and take the initiative on projects
Work within the time limits given for assigned projects
Undertake daily administrative tasks
Coordinate other department’s activities and stay in communication to ensure the tasks are correct and on time
Conduct market research and analyze reports
Attend trade shows, company events, promotional events, both traditional and digital campaigns
Execute marketing strategy
Create and send out mass mailers
Create reports on marketing data
Strong knowledge in technology and platforms (social media, online apps.,etc)
Compose and post on Southwest Homes website
Position is full time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, Office is in Prescott Valley
Southwest Homes offers Sick Time, PTO and paid holidays, 401K with 4% matching, Health Reimbursement Agreement (HRA)
Wages: $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary
