Salary:
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creative design initiatives to showcase our projects and brand, along with coordinating overall day-to-day elements of Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Social Media and Public Relations. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Chief Financial Officer and President/Chief Executive Officer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Elevate our brand through high-quality proposal submissions.
- Secure new opportunities and partnerships.
- Drive the success of our organization in winning key contracts.
RFP Submissions
- Spearhead the creation of Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Craft compelling narratives that showcase our expertise and solutions.
RFQ Submissions
- Lead the development of Request for Qualification (RFQ) submissions.
- Highlight our qualifications and capabilities effectively.
Qualification Presentations
- Deliver engaging Qualification Statement Presentations to potential clients.
- Showcase our strengths and commitment to excellence.
CSP Submissions
- Oversee Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) submissions.
- Ensure our proposals stand out in a competitive landscape.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a library of marketing assets, including images, videos, and logos.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather information and create case studies and/or success stories.
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with the latest project updates, news, and content.
- Responsible for creating a calendar to ensure coverage for social media outings, meetings, events, and marketing material.
- Develop relevant content to reach the company’s target
- Create, curate, and manage all published content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google, and other social media portals in efforts to sustain positive branding and messaging of company projects, team member recognition, and initiatives.
- Utilize graphic design skills for architectural visualization, branding, layout design, typography, color theory, print and digital design, and presentation development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Sitting: A significant portion of the work involves desk-based tasks, including computer work, email communication, and data analysis. You'll spend extended periods sitting at a desk or workstation.
- Computer Usage: You will be using a computer extensively for tasks such as creating marketing materials, analyzing data, and managing digital marketing campaigns. This requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Lifting and Carrying: While not a primary job requirement, there may be occasions when you need to lift or carry marketing materials, promotional items, or equipment for events or trade shows. This typically involves handling items that are not excessively heavy.
- Event Participation: If the role includes event coordination or attending trade shows and marketing events, there may be standing and walking involved during these events. You may also need to set up and dismantle booths or displays, which can require some physical effort.
- Travel: You may be required to travel to attend meetings, conferences, or industry events. This can involve sitting for extended periods during travel and some physical activity while at the event venue.
- Manual Tasks: Occasionally, you may need to perform manual tasks such as assembling marketing materials, preparing shipments, or setting up promotional displays. These tasks are typically not physically demanding but require attention to detail.
- Visual and Auditory Demands: Working with visual content, proofreading materials, and participating in presentations or meetings may involve visual and auditory concentration.
