Position Overview:
Priority Financial Group (PFG) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will work with the Marketing Director to execute the Marketing and Communications projects for Priority Financial Group (PFG). With attention to detail and organization, the Marketing Coordinator will focus on implementing digital marketing projects while also helping to schedule meetings, plan company events, and assist with any Marketing/Communications related activities. The Marketing Coordinator will play a significant role in the success of the PFG Marketing Communications strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Assist in the scheduling and posting of content via our digital marketing efforts.
- Facilitate websites updates and improvements as needed.
- Facilitate research and communication with proposed venues for company events.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events.
- Send calendar invites for advisor and PFG team meetings.
- Assist with maintaining the Marketing Communications Activity calendar.
- Ensure effective communication between outside vendors and the Marketing Director.
- Effectively communicate with the Marketing Director and other Executive Team Members.
Qualifications:
- This position requires a 2-year degree in a related field. A 4-year degree in marketing or a related field is welcomed, but not necessary.
- A positive attitude and focus on team success are a must.
- Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- The Marketing Coordinator will serve many internal and external customers, and therefore must possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds, manage multiple tasks and projects and produce error-free work.
- Ability to work alone and with a team.
