Marketing Manager Job at Wings Over in Pittsburgh

The Opportunity: Wings Over is searching for a Marketing Manager based in the Pittsburgh, PA area to join our team and help grow the company. This position will play a key role in building store sales and local marketing initiatives, and guide franchise partners through their own local store marketing initiatives. This role will be out in the field meeting new guests daily in the Pennsylvania markets. We're looking for someone who is outgoing and personable, with strong organizational and communication skills. Now Serving These Benefits: Work from home, in the field, or at a Wings Over location An energetic, collaborative, and positive work environment Supportive team focused on your personal and professional growth Medical, dental, and vision insurance Day in the Life: (includes, but not limited to) Market the brand that aligns with the company's mission and goals Network within our Pennsylvania markets Coordinate and execute food drops and marketing materials to local businesses and organizations within the store's delivery areas Manage a team of part-time marketing brand ambassadors and potentially a team of college representatives Attend local events such as festivals, local markets, concerts, sporting events, etc. on nights and/or occasionally weekends Plan and execute local fundraisers for all corporate stores and additional field marketing efforts Work and report directly with the corporate marketing department team Manage local store marketing requests for corporate and franchised stores in your territory Work closely with franchise partners and our internal graphic design team to send artwork for any store's out-of-pocket marketing spend Help plan and execute social media and influencer events Opportunities to travel for new store openings to coordinate promotions, events and field marketing food drops Aid in on-site system-wide new store openings and food drop execution Work with other departments to create and streamline systems to help franchisees Provide a weekly summary, tracking and reports of the week's tasks Other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: Field-based marketing and/or field sales experience highly recommended Restaurant or QSR industry experience is required Project management experience. Bonus points for experience working with graphic designers and print vendors Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills A passion for restaurants and love for great food and guest services Enjoyment with talking to all guests and stopping by businesses unannounced Strong communication and organization details with high attention to detail Strong work ethic and high level of integrity Positive attitude when interacting with others Ability to multitask and solve problems as issues arise Available some nights, holidays, and possibly weekends for community events Willingness to travel to other store locations Must be able to lift 50lbs Legal US work authorization Fly With Us: For over 20 years, Wings Over has served the best crispy chicken wings and hand-breaded tenders.
