Ideal Candidate: Experience executing a B2B marketing strategy for a professional services firm.
We are a technology consultancy providing businesses with custom software development and application hosting. We seek a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee the execution, delivery, and ongoing development of the B2B marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels. The ideal person for this position will be a collaborative, focused individual driven to achieve exceptional marketing results for our company.
*This role will start 100% in the office; however, we will consider a hybrid WFH arrangement after the first six (6) months. Working hours are Central Time.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute and optimize the marketing strategy.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, monitoring key metrics and client-engagement rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as copywriting and design, to execute marketing strategy and create needed content.
- Keep current with market trends to ensure the marketing efforts remain competitive and relevant.
- Assist with public events, coordination of company swag, and related requests.
- Publish weekly blogs (execution focus).
- Publish monthly newsletters (execution focus).
- Publish ad-hoc announcements to our mailing lists.
- Maintain and publish content on our website and social media channels.
- Define and possibly create automated workflows in HubSpot (or leverage our external specialist if needed).
- Manage channel partnership information.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with B2B marketing to target industry-specific prospects.
- Experience with marketing strategy & campaign development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with internal teams to stay on the marketing schedule.
- Ability to act independently while working within a team.

- Expertise working in HubSpot (how to reach the right audience, analyze which articles and blog posts garner the most traction, and create workflow automation).
- Familiarity with EOS (we run on it).
