Position Summary:

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing key marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. This role requires a dynamic self-starter with a knack for creativity and organization, who can thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You’ll manage email campaigns, website updates, and a variety of content production, ensuring our brand message reaches and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing: Manage and optimize Klaviyo email campaigns, including segmentation, analytics, and A/B testing to increase engagement and conversions.
• Website Management: Oversee website updates and enhancements to improve user experience and optimize SEO.
• Content Creation: Develop and publish blog posts, manage and execute pinterest and social media channels, as well as produce print and digital marketing materials that align with our brand’s voice and visual identity.
• Photography & Asset Management: Coordinate product photography and maintain a library of high-quality digital assets.
• Event Management: Plan and execute local and national events, representing the brand and creating a memorable experience for customers.
• Influencer Marketing: Build relationships with influencers to expand brand reach, increase awareness, and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms and website content management.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce engaging blog and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
