Are you a creative and driven marketing professional with a passion for strategy, collaboration, and innovation? Jerry Seiner Dealerships is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team! This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our brand, campaigns, and dealership success.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Campaign Strategy
- Partner with dealership management and ad agencies to plan and execute compelling marketing campaigns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership, focusing on lead acquisition and campaign strategy.
- Manage all service marketing initiatives, social media content, and email marketing calendars.
- Create content and oversee in-house video content and basic graphic designs (training provided).
- Work closely with the corporate marketing team to keep projects on track and effectively communicate regular updates to Marketing Director and Dealership management.
- Act as a main point of contact with agencies, providing feedback and quality assurance for scripts and creative, ensuring we go to market quickly.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize budgets and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage co-op opportunities with manufacturers and vendors to maximize budgets.
Collaboration & Communication
- Lead monthly planning meetings and facilitate communication across teams.
- Present marketing plans and performance results to dealership teams and leadership.
- Support special internal projects for HR and other corporate departments as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in account management.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and web development platforms is a plus.
- Automotive industry knowledge is helpful but not required.
