Key Responsibilities:
Drive Audience Engagement: Support the identification of target audiences and craft compelling digital marketing strategies that resonate across multiple channels and segments. Your efforts will primarily focus on drawing attendees to trade shows and events, as well as boosting organizational memberships.
Execute Impactful Campaigns: Deploy innovative digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, retargeting display ads, web initiatives, and SEO/SEM tactics, ensuring each is executed flawlessly.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with our creative and client service teams to adhere to assigned clients' brand guidelines and strategic objectives, delivering marketing outputs that exceed expectations.
Client Insight: Cultivate a profound understanding of assigned clients and their marketing goals, becoming an expert in their specific objectives to tailor impactful solutions.
•Idea Generation: Engage in and occasionally lead marketing meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and workshops, both internally and with clients, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Analyze and Optimize: Monitor and interpret marketing performance against established KPIs, leveraging insights to refine and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Champion 360 Growth: Contribute to 360 Live Media's development and marketing endeavors by maintaining a strong social media presence, curating engaging website and blog content, and managing the agency's marketing assets across digital platforms, including ads, case studies, emails, and event invitations.

Essential Qualifications:
Academic Foundation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, equipping you with the fundamental knowledge to excel in this dynamic sector.
Professional Experience: 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing expertise, showcasing your ability to craft strategic marketing plans and execute impactful campaigns.
Project Management: Demonstrate exceptional skills in project management, multitasking, and decision-making, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Creative and Analytical Mindset: Possess a data-driven approach coupled with a creative mindset, enabling you to design and analyze innovative marketing solutions.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring high-quality results in every project.
Self-Motivated and Adaptable: Self-starter, capable of working efficiently under pressure in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Well-versed with marketing and project management tools, including marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot), social media management software (such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite), and project management applications (like Monday.com, Wrike, and Teamwork).
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
o Previous experience in a marketing agency setting, contributing to a collaborative and creative work environment.
o Proven track record in executing successful events and membership marketing campaigns.
o Familiarity with the association, professional society, or membership organization landscape, enhancing your ability to tailor client-specific solutions.

Our hybrid environment offers you the option of working from home two days per week. Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines.

Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $65,000- $70,000.
