Salary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing tactical and day-to-day marketing functions including activities to drive product and service awareness, increase sales, and trade show coordination to support overall business goals.  


This is an on-site position (Mon-Fri) with the expectation of working in our Milford, MA headquarters. 


Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social media)  
  • Manage digital and physical marketing assets (collateral, swag, tradeshow materials, etc.) 
  • Work closely with Commercial team and collaborate with other internal teams on marketing ideas 
  • Coordinate with external vendors for conferences, web, digital marketing, and design  
  • Support inbound/outbound marketing lead generation activities  
  • Update website content and changes as requested 
  • Maintain CRM contact and company information  
  • Maintain calendar for conferences, vendor shows, and events  
  • Prepare marketing materials for conferences and events (packing materials, supply crate, banners, booth) 
  • Travel as needed to conferences, meetings, and trade shows (10-15%)  


Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent required 
  • Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline is a plus 


Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or business administration role, preferably in the life sciences or fast-moving goods business 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)  
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Customer-focused mindset 


Knowledge & Skills

    • Ability to learn a content management system (CMS) – WordPress. Experience is a plus. 
    • Ability to learn a Marketing Automation software - HubSpot preferred. Experience is a plus. 
    • Ability to learn a CRM software - HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred. Experience is a plus


    Physical Requirements

      • Must be able to travel around building and lift at least 25 pounds 
      • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (customer meetings, conferences, and events) 
      • Ability to physically pack, setup, and break down marketing materials (e.g. tradeshow booth)
