We'll help you develop a professional roadmap that takes your career to new heights.Who you'll be working withCodal is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the sales, partnerships and marketing teams. This role will support various marketing initiatives through digital and analytical reporting. You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment on several marketing projects simultaneously. This position requires a collaborative attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills who is passionate about digital, event, and traditional marketing.What you'll be doingPlan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Coordinate event logistics, manage registrations, and support on-site event operations as needed.Develop content for social media in collaboration with the marketing teamUphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.Manage the creation, distribution, and inventory of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.What you'll need to be successful (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in marketing or an equivalent, relevant field.1-2 years of related experience in a B2B focused marketing environmentExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.The ability to work well under pressure, meet key deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Ability to collaborate with team members on campaigns and proactively provide consistent suggestions to improve current processes.Ability to receive constructive feedback.Available to be onsite, in our Chicago office 3 days a week.Need another reason to hit the "apply" button?
