Clear Lakes Dental Franchise is hiring: Marketing Specialist in Minneapolis

Clear Lakes Dental delivers outstanding dental care spanning preventive, restorative, and a wide range of dental services, serving the Minnesota and Western Wisconsin regions. What We Are Looking For

Our team is growing and we are looking to add a Marketing Specialist! The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in working together with top level leadership to ensure we are continually developing new patient leads and funneling new patients into the clinics, especially our new start up clinics. The Marketing Specialist is a newly created position. We are open to hearing your creative strategies and ideas as well as how to develop more patient leads and welcome your creativity and input!

Responsibilities

• Be creative and have the ability to come up with new ideas for how to bring in more patients without being prompted. Be able to present these ideas to top level leadership and put these ideas into action if approved.
• Create and maintain appealing google advertisements for patients. Be able to work within a budget provided by top level leadership and provide insights on whether the advertisements are successfully recruiting patients.
• Create and maintain instagram, facebook and youtube advertisements geared towards patients. Be able to share insights with top level leadership and provide constructive feedback.
• Create appealing email marketing campaigns and direct mail marketing campaigns to attract more patients.
• Work with marketing funnels.
• Any marketing related tasks and duties as needed.

Salary

The Marketing Specialist is a mid-level salaried position for $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience.

Work Schedule and location

The work hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, with a 1 hour lunch break at 1pm each day and is located on-site at our Brooklyn Park location. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience working in marketing is preferred, but not required.
• Have an understanding of basic marketing principles such as marketing funnels, email marketing, direct mail marketing etc.
• Be willing to learn and use your creativity to come up with new ideas.
• Basic understanding of various social media outlets.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Well-organized and reliable.
