RLF is dedicated to providing exceptional legal counsel and strategic solutions to meet every client’s unique needs. With a commitment to excellence and client-focused service, RLF seeks a detail-oriented and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support internal and external marketing efforts. This is a full-time position in the San Antonio office. Interviewing is expected to begin immediately.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will drive the firm’s marketing efforts and ensure effective communication with our external agency partner, TradeCraft. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary liaison between RLF and the agency, coordinating projects, managing timelines, and helping to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your work will be instrumental in building the brand presence and achieving strategic goals through collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented efforts.

Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact between RLF and TradeCraft, ensuring clear, timely communication and alignment on marketing strategies, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project timelines, providing updates and feedback from RLF to the agency and vice versa.
  • Organize and manage marketing assets (brochures, rack cards, stationery, etc.) required by the agency and assist in preparing content briefs, key messages, and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the review and approval process for marketing materials, collecting and providing necessary revisions from RLF stakeholders to the agency.
  • Monitor campaign progress and performance in collaboration with TradeCraft, helping to ensure that all campaigns meet goals, budgets, and deadlines.
  • With the agency, track and analyze metrics for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and other initiatives, reporting on insights to guide future strategy.
  • Collaborate with RLF and TradeCraft to plan, coordinate, and execute firm-hosted/sponsored events, from networking gatherings to client appreciation events. Oversee event logistics, branding, and promotional materials, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects RLF’s values and enhances market presence.
  • Plan and manage in-office events such as the annual holiday party, yearly card and gift distribution, and employee appreciation events. Coordinate event planning with supervisors, including managing catering, decor, scheduling, and other logistics to ensure successful and enjoyable gatherings for RLF staff.
  • Assist in the coordination of reviewing social media content provided by TradeCraft to ensure it aligns with RLF’s goals and voice.
  • Monitor firm-related online mentions and reviews, coordinating responses with agency support.
  • Ensure consistent application of RLF’s brand guidelines and writing style guide in all internal and external marketing materials.
  • Review and maintain messaging to ensure it aligns with RLF’s objectives, values, and target audience.
  • Maintain marketing project files and documents, facilitating easy access for RLF and TradeCraft.
  • Identify and pursue local and industry award opportunities that align with RLF’s strengths and achievements. Coordinate with the agency and internal teams to prepare and submit compelling award applications, gather supporting materials, and ensure all entries highlight excellence and contributions to the field.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for RLF attorneys to share their expertise through speaking engagements, webinars, articles, and community involvement. Coordinate with attorneys and the agency to develop and promote thought leadership content, positioning the firm as a knowledgeable resource and strengthening its influence within the legal and local community.
