Legacy House of Southern Hills is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our senior living care team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. WHAT'S THE SCOPE? Join us in making a meaningful impact and be rewarded with a competitive salary of $55,000/year plus commission. We also offer generous benefits such as: Medical Dental A 401(k) This is a full-time position with a Tuesday - Saturday schedule. If you are a self-starter with a passion for senior living, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to increase revenue and grow occupancy, we want to hear from you. YOUR ROLE AS A MARKETING MANAGER As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Executive Director to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. Your day will involve promoting the visibility of Legacy Retirement Communities, responding to inquiries, conducting tours, maintaining the CRM database, developing relationships with referral sources, and ensuring the community is staged and marketable. You will also assist in planning and coordinating seminars, marketing campaigns, and events to bring in more prospects and key influencers to visit and tour the community. WHAT'S REQUIRED? Ability to generate strategic sales and marketing plans and tactics Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Basic computer skills Ability to work cooperatively with a group of people Ability to work efficiently and consistently outside a fixed office environment Ability to effectively manage time and work independently to achieve designated goals Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery Compassion for our residents and a passion for our mission ABOUT US At Legacy House of Southern Hills, we believe that the more our senior living residents can be independent, the healthier they are and the better they feel.
