The Marketing Director plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of our law firm with a focus on Estate Planning and Real Estate. You serve as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the law firm. Responsibilities: • Works with administration for setup of CRM management system • Responsible for maintenance and tracking of CRM and project management software • Stay on top of industry best practices and emerging strategies to keep the brand marketing relevant through compelling creative and messaging • Assisting with the content and/or design, negotiation, and placement of traditional media ads • Production of brand and promotional material • Creating content providing search engine optimization (SEO) for the website • Working closely with our current website developer to maintain high-ranking SEO, Google Ads, and page content, and provide analytic reports • Monitoring and managing social media • Email newsletter and event communications to clients • Overseeing outside vendors and agencies, these may include graphic design or ad agencies, print vendors, Web providers, etc. • Produce design and/or content of internal communications or marketing materials • Coordinate all logistics for client events and educational seminars; may include collaboration with other business partners • Creates, plans manages, and leads the execution of various community outreach networking • Networking with potential partners; real estate agents, CPA, Insurance, etc. • Manages Marketing and Event budgeting and results in analysis Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or a minimum of 3 years of marketing/event planning experience • Experience in paid search, content marketing, and social media marketing • Must be educated on the use of computers, CRM, and project management software • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Adobe Suites and/or Canva • Ability to professionally present promotional materials to prospective customers • Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills.
