What we’re looking for:
CEI currently has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager, to help lead CEI to its next level of growth. This individual will develop and drive innovative Marketing strategies to support Sales, Delivery and recruitment with measurable results and data driven KPI’S through communication strategies / material, Online and Social Media presence to drive Demand Generation and Company Awareness.
Types of projects you’ll work on:
- Content-Driven Marketing: Work with CEI leadership to Create and Review Content driven Marketing to drive presence and awareness in all CEI offerings through Blogs, Webinars, Podcast, Virtual Workshops and other platforms
- Demand Generations: Create / Review all content to drive Demand / Lead generation through Direct Sales / marketing, Partner Channel and Industry / Partner events.
- Proposal Development: Support sales proposal and RFP response across service offering.
- Competitive Research: Work with CEI leadership to understand competitive landscape to plan continued growth in new markets and service offerings.
- Social Media Presence: Create and drive strategy for Social media engagement for Sales, Recruitment and Branding through Major Social media platforms.
- Event / Trade association Participation: Drive participation and/or sponsorships in Industry trade and Channel Partner events, User Groups, Speaking Opportunities and Networking events,
- Analytics: Work with CEI leadership to Drive Measurable results through Marketing Analytics to support strategies for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success ROI
- Best Practices: Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and promote consistency across all practice areas
What we’d like to see from you:
- BA/BS degree
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing / operations / analytics / Business Development in the IT Solutions Consulting space.
- 2+ Years of Marketing experience in the IT Solutions Consulting space driving Lead generation,.
- Experience coordinating events and Social Media to support Sales, Delivery and Recruitment marketing.
- Strong understanding of major Marketing and CRM Tools and Technology and their role (Bullhorn, Hubspot, Mailchimp/Silverpop, Constant Contact, WordPress, Adobe, Similar web and other such tools or their equivalents)
- Excellent content generation skills using tools such as ppt, pdf 1 pagers, web pages
- Ability to articulate marketing messages to enhance impact.
- Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives and Deadlines
