Job Description
Epoch Projects, Inc. is a dynamic company specializing in civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning. Currently, we are seeking a highly organized and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts. This role combines managing both creative and analytical aspects of marketing, developing campaigns and analyzing market trends and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity and data-driven thinking, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, and optimize strategies based on research and analysis. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to industry trends are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth in civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning sectors.
- Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, working to enhance client communications.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and suggesting improvements.
- Maintain and update client and prospect databases, segmenting them for targeted marketing campaigns and identifying opportunities for outreach.
- Assist in organizing industry events, trade shows, and client presentations, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that could impact marketing strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals, ensuring campaigns support lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends relevant to civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning.
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback, using insights to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies for better results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Experience in the civil engineering, land surveying, or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
