Are you an ambitious self-starter with a flair for creativity? We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is ready to take initiative and make a significant impact. In this role, you’ll not only develop and execute marketing strategies, but also create compelling content and eye-catching designs using tools like Canva. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to elevate your marketing career, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans that align with our vision and objectives
- Content Creation: Develop engaging written and visual content for various channels, including social media, email, newsletters, blogs, industry periodicals, and our website. Use design tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, turning insights into actionable strategies
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, using analytics to measure success and optimize performance.
Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow our social media presence, crafting authentic connections with our audience through engaging posts and visuals.
Event Coordination: Take ownership of planning and executing company events, trade shows, and webinars to boost brand visibility.
Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on marketing activities, sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in design tools and a portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, independent work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
