Marketing Manager will promote business, services, products, and brands. This role will oversee the marketing team and perform analyses on marketing strategy effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Business management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing communications or similar field
- Familiarity with content management systems
- The ability to sell products and services
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite
- Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
- Strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and short deadlines
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel
- Extremely self-motivated, organized, and great at mulitasking

- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage marketing team and budget
- Research new ideas
- Implement marketing plans
- Conceptualize and create stills, videos, behind-the-scenes footage and other supporting assets for our editorial photo shoots and campaigns. These will include but are not limited to: product launches and store events
- Ensure that we are maximizing the usage of all assets by strategically using them in all channels to maintain cohesiveness
- Understand our luxury brands aesthetic to ensure all creative deliverables tell our story and are brand appropriate
- Proofread, edit and review content for quality, value, and uniqueness
- Strategize with the team on trends, best practices, and ways to constantly improve marketing
- Work in collaboration with the legal team to create contracts for influencers/models when needed
- Support, train and develop marketing team
- Constantly review the aims of O’GARA and the channels with business unit leaders and ensure efforts are being placed that align with O’GARA’s goals
- Targeting content to specific audiences, creating content, which is in high demand, and doing photo/video shoots outside of normal business hours. It may also involve
- Conducting market research or employing SEO strategies and working with the RECON digital team to execute
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing
- Must follow all O’GARA’s safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor
- Responsible for updating the marketing portal for respective brands
- Responsible for updating the OEM’s marketing portals

Compensation: $75k – 90k/ annually (depending on experience)
