Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for providing support to the Marketing Director and working closely with the CEO, Management Team, and HR to create, maintain, and develop awareness of Sentinel Federal Credit Union.

• Position maintains high visibility and a positive image in the field of membership with current and prospective members.

• Assist in the organization and facilitation of various events and meetings both internally and within the community.

• Ensure marketing promotions, business development activities, and sponsorships are administered effectively.

• Assist in updating intranet (SharePoint), website, digital signs, mobile and online banking.

• Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring posts align with the brand voice and marketing strategy.

• Assist in creating and analyzing email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.

• Assist in ordering marketing supplies, business cards and branded items.

• Assist in preparing for staff meetings, the annual meeting, and community events.

• Research market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Position Details:

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Classification: Full-Time Benefited

Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.50/hour DOE

Expected Start Date: Immediate Hire

Number of Available Positions: One

Location: 4011 Triple Crown Drive

Requirements/Preferences:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• A minimum of 18 years of age required.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• At least one year of experience in a marketing or communications role, with demonstrable achievements in campaign support or execution. Basic understanding of graphic design principles or experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva.

• Experience coordinating events or campaigns is a strong plus.

• Associates or higher college degree preferred.

• Combination of acceptable experience and education required.
