How you will make an impact


Marketing Strategy & Planning


  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends for the food, beverage, and dairy industry.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive short and long-term marketing plans.
  • Set measurable objectives for lead generation, brand awareness, and digital engagement.


Brand Development & Management


  • Maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Increase brand visibility through events, sponsorships, and industry partnerships.


Content Creation & Management


  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, brochures, and website content.
  • Oversee visual content creation, including videos and infographics.


Digital Marketing & Social Media


  • Execute SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns targeting industry decision-makers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Create and schedule regular posts on social media platforms.


Lead Generation & Campaigns


  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns aimed at key customers in the food, beverage, and dairy industry.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to build a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture them throughout the buyer journey.


Event Planning & Client Engagement


  • Plan and manage participation in industry events, including tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through newsletters, appreciation events, and surveys.


Reporting, Analytics, & Budgeting


  • Track and report key marketing metrics, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and brand awareness.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.


Collaboration with Sales & Leadership


  • Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive client acquisition.
  • Present plans and campaign results to senior leadership, contributing to overall business growth.



What You Need to Succeed


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in food beverage and dairy.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
  • Event planning and client engagement experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media, and marketing platforms.
  • Budget management and performance tracking expertise.
  • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
